Rick Maney

Rick & his wife Sue are lifetime residents of the Northwood’s. Sue was born & raised in Sayner, WI. & Rick in the Three Lakes & Eagle River area. Rick’s early years were spent in the Masonary Construction Trade. (His father Clint was a well known Stone Mason Craftsman in the area) In the winter he tended bar for popular area establishments such as the Modernaire, the Header Inn, & the Oneida Village. In 1984 he obtained his Real Estate Brokers license along with another local bachelor, Jerry Burkett, who was his housemate at the time. Later that same year he met & married Sue & changed career paths again.

For the next 18 years he worked for a Wire Processing Manufacturer in Three Lakes. He built & serviced machinery for a subsidiary of Artos Engineering of New Berlin, WI. He & Sue then operated the Eagle River Country Club for the City of Eagle River for two years & then he was General Manager of Big Stone Golf & Country Club in Three Lakes for an additional three years. In 2006 Rick went to work full time as a Sales Associate for Century 21 Burkett & Associates, first in their Three Lakes office & then in their main Eagle River office. Ironically, he has come full circle & now works for his old his old buddy & housemate, Jerry Burkett.

Rick resides in Eagle River today & still enjoys working with buyers & sellers. He finds the ever changing Real Estate Market to be a real challenge in today’s business environment. Rick provides exceptional service for his sellers & buyers & never has so many listings that he cannot give them the attention that they deserve. Rick is also an avid golfer, pool player, & has hunted or fished many areas of the Northwood’s over the years. He is a past board member of the Three Lakes Fish & Game Improvement Association.
