Jim Nykolayko

TEAM NYKOLAYKO

Jim and Joyce moved to northern Wisconsin in 2007 after spending 10 years in the mountains of Colorado. Joyce owned and operated her own small business selling and supporting accounting software working with a diverse user community while Jim worked for IBM as a project manager in the electric/gas utility industry.

Since moving to Three Lakes, both Jim and Joyce have become very active in the community. Joyce is the president of the Three Lakes Chamber of Commerce; board member of the Three Lakes Women’s Club and is very involved with the Northern Lights Snowmobile Club. Jim served as the President of the Northern Lights Snowmobile Club from 2009 – 2017 and was a founding member of the Three Lakes Nicolet ATV Club. Since 2010 both Jim and Joyce have been supporting the Three Lakes Shootout Boat Race, the annual charity event which raises money for local non-profit organizations. They spend much of their spare time training Lucy, their smiling Golden Retriever, in obedience, agility and soon…training to become a therapy dog.

Joyce obtained her Broker’s license in 2016 and is the Broker Associate/Manager of the Century 21 Burkett & Associates Three Lakes office and serves on the finance committee of the Northwoods Association of Realtors.

Jim and Joyce believe in the strength of a team and take a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches and positive results.
